To report maltreatment of a vulnerable adult contact your county Common Entry Point. Reports can be made anonymously
 

To report abuse in a Nursing home contact the Office of Ombudsman for Older Minnesotans, it's confidential. The Ombudsman provides confidential help to residents of nursing homes and are exempt from the mandated reporting law
